Boston GuitarFest June 15-19

Beginning Wednesday, June 15th, Boston GuitarFest will kick off its sixth year; this year with an Italian theme. Featuring well known-musicians, artists, and composers GuitarFest will go on for five nights hosting concerts right on Northeastern’s campus at the Fenway Center (77 St. Stephen Street). Included in the schedule is a performance by Jude Gold (electric guitar) who will perform a world premiere of a work by Anthony Paul De Ritis (Northeastern Music Professor) on June 16th at 8pm. In addition to this premier, The Newman & Oltman Duo will perform works by Gioachino Rossini, Leo Brouwer, and a world premiere by Arthur Kampela.
